Mr. Gregoire is an Executive Consultant at FS Associates, Inc. and a shareholder in Veritas Investment Research, Inc. Furthermore Mr. Gregoire is President of Gregoire Advisory Services, Inc., an investment advisory firm specializing in hedge fund consulting. Prior to establishing his firm in 1994, Jim spent 24 years in the fixed income investment unit of The Prudential Insurance Company. At Prudential he held a number of senior managerial positions, including Managing Director in charge of Prudential's bond fund group and Chief Financial Officer of that company's $100 billion Capital Management Group.

Jim received a bachelor's degree in Economics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. in Finance from  Rutgers Graduate School of Management. He has also earned a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the Association for Investment Management and Research and the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from the American College of Life Underwriters. He has taken and passed a number of professional investment examinations given by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD). His professional associations currently include membership in the New York Society of Securities Analysts, the Society of Municipal Analysts, and the Portfolio Investors Group.
